What are utility bills like in Houston, Texas?
We have a lot of choice in Houston when looking at utility providers. Im with Reliant, which is huge, and my bills range from low $200s in the winter (I like it warm, and weve had quite a few days of freezing temperatures this winter, although its 77F on February 15) to as low as $60 in the spring and fall. Thats for a 990sqft condo, top floor, with no shade per se.
