My college student been home since May & hasn't done anything?
Sit down and talk with him or her explaining that home is not a hotel or restaurant where people are paid to take care of your needs. Everyone must do there part including him/her. If nothing happens explain that you will not be able to help with their college expenses and they will have to figure out how to pay for it. apparently they have been raised with the entitlement attitude. Now finish the job of child rearing and get their ass moving.
