No, your mobile bill is not considered a utility bill. Others have listed the utilities. Having said that, the tendency for companies to ask for utility bills is laziness and most companies know this. If challenged, the chances are that they will accept things other than utility bills. I dont have utility bills because my daughter and son-in-law have them all in their names. I am, however on the electoral roll which is a more secure form of evidence than utility bills anyway.
