While I sympathize with people who are out of work and don't know how?
I am in sympathy with everyone who is out of work, and trying to make ends meet during the Coronavirus epidemic. One small problem(?); Many government employees are also currently out of work, and at home, as are people who process applications, checks, and all the other necessary things that accompany keeping the machinery going. SOMEBODY needs to process the utility payments, deposit the money, keep the books, approve medical insurance payments, order and coordinate distribution of supplies, answer questions, etc. And I am also calling out the news media for not addressing this issue; Congress can pass, and the President can sign, all the legislation they want; but if there aren't any troops there to do the implementation, it won't make a D%$M bit of difference. Incidentally, as a former government clerical worker, I would love to help; but because of my age and infirmities, I no longer have the stamina, and am in the high risk category as well.
