What can I use if I don't have a utility bill?
Any place that requires a utility bill to prove residency will have a policy on what they do accept. None will be the same. Ask for their policy and provide something from their list. Usually residency requirements can be met with any Real ID government ID. If RealID is your problem, bank statements, property tax bills, income tax returns, loan paperwork, credit card statements are just a few of the possible options.
