ONLY, I repeat ONLY. if they are getting bank, or family, financing and you are paid off and out of the deal at closing! If you list the house for sale and they are interested make sure your acceptance of their offer has a reasonable limit of time you will wait for approval of financing and specifies a certified cashiers check at closing. Dont sign off on the sale until your lawyer, or maybe a title company, approves the payment. If you offer land contract and they have trouble paying that then you will have to try to repossess from them, DONT do that!!
