Is a credit card a utility bill?
Ive never heard it called that. Utility bills are generally bills for gas, electricity, and water supplied to your house. In some places like Memphis, TN all of those things are on one bill but in other places they are billed separately. In the city where I live you get an electricity bill and a gas bill from two completely different companies and a water bill from the city.
