Q: How do you get a map from free that shows underground utilities? My local county government doesn't have it and all I can find are paid services. A: Your local utilities companies and maybe the fire department have them. But I wouldnt think they would be subject to FOIA requests. It would be too easy to create mischief if they got in the wrong hands.
